Framola Re-Usable Concrete Base Form Mould & Shuttering Form

This Concrete Base Mold & Shuttering Form is an easy way of creating concrete bases for use with our Framola Post Base Brackets. The shuttering form mould can ensure you create a perfect square of 230mm sides by 150mm height or 400mm sides by 150mm height depending on your choice.

To operate, simply use the provided bolts to fix the 4 galvanised panels together, place where needed and fill with concrete. The shape of the panels will provide a strong mould which will not bow under the weight of the concrete. Once the concrete has set, you can simply remove the mould by undoing the bolts or pulling it off the concrete base.

The mould also works on uneven surfaces or holes, as the mould can be placed into the hole, and concrete poured into it. The concrete will flow through the mould and form a strong foundation underneath whilst still providing a clean square base at the top.

The moulds are made from British Galvanised Steel which ensures rust-proofing and strength. They are left in their bare galvanised finish. The smooth surface which remains rust-free makes it great for getting extremely smooth edges on your foundations. The foundation will come away from the mould easily when finished.

We designed these moulds in the UK for use in our own DIY construction projects. Each one is made by ourselves at our factory in Norfolk.

Please note:

• We recommend using high-strength concrete with this base form. We used this during the build shown in the photos, bags of this can easily be purchased from hardware stores such as Wickes.
