Have you ever run out of an item you need and not only has it been annoying, it has cost you money? Whether that be having to pay express shipping to get the goods to you quicker, or business lost from fulfilment issues. The basic idea of a Kanban is that it signals when you should buy something. Put it on top of the final 10 of something for instance, and you'll order more when you have only 10 left. A 2-Bin Kanban System will allow you to always have a backup stock of things, and this product enables you to make them with ease! Not sure on what a 2-Bin system is? Watch this handy video.

These products offer a physical barrier to stop you from taking those final items. The second bin is protected by a barrier that must be removed to access the items. If you are a company that uses physical Kanban cards, it has a slot to keep it! In fact, the card must be removed in order to easily lift the barrier. This is one of the easiest ways of establishing a 2-Bin System.

Once the first bin in the system has been used, the Kanban card can be removed and the next box accessed. This flap not only stops the stock from being used too soon, it can also keep dust out of stock that may be sat there for a long time. There is a 60mm tall flap on each version to allow you to attach an item label or stock location onto the 2-Bin System.

We offer 3 different sizes of this item, one to suit XL2, XL3 and XL4 boxes. These are some of the most standard storage methods for small parts in industrial settings. You can easily screw these down to existing shelves and storage systems to make sure they don't go anywhere! There are 8 holes on the XL2 version, 12 on the XL3 version and 18 on the XL4 version.

Each one is made from durable British steel. This provides some strength to it, especially if heavier items are stacked on it. Each one is powder-coated for a smooth, durable finish that wipes clean easily. We offer 8 basic colour options to allow you to colour code it with your own workspace. Need a custom colour?
