MegaMaxx UK™ Lamination Station Mobile Laminating Trolley & Workbench
Do you laminate a lot of things in your company? Do you have a dedicated area for laminating or do you just do it at your desk? In a lean-thinking environment, somewhere to produce, cut and laminate Lean Labels is a must-have. This Lamination Station offers a fully mobile trolley and workbench for all laminating, cutting and trimming activities.
It has been designed to work with any laminator less than 580mm in width, 160mm in height and 210mm in depth. The Lamination Trolley comes complete with a Nukeson Tool Wall backing, allowing you to configure the tools and supplies to your exact needs. We provide some essential attachments to get you started as shown below.
The unit has a spacious work surface and comes with a cutting mat top, allowing you to trim using a scalpel or use a paper trimmer without risk of damaging the metal surface. The worktop has two cut-outs in it. The larger one on the right is to allow your laminated documents to slope upwards for easy retrieval from the laminator. The one on the left can be used for swiping away trimmings and offcuts from paper or lamination pouches. Anything that goes down this slot can falls into a sliding drawer bin which can be removed for easy disposal of rubbish.
The Lamination Station comes with 3 additional storage shelves for you to store additional stationery and supplies. This means it can act as single point of use and storage for any supplies in your office area. It comes on 4 castor wheels, allowing it to be moved around easily where required. The back panel and laminator shelf feature carefully place holes for the power cable to slot through cleanly.
The trolley is made from durable British steel and is finished in a clean white powder-coat. This makes it easy to wipe clean, as well as easy to see dust. It will help you to 3S and maintain high standards.
We also provide options to purchase a Fellowes Saturn Laminator with the trolley. You can also purchase the remote plug that we have on our version. This allows you to switch the laminator on remotely, without the need to press the switch on the back of the machine.
This Lamination Station has been designed in the United Kingdom. We manufactured it initially just for our own use as we laminate 100s of Lean Labels and Kanbans every week! The popularity and quality of the item led us to decide to sell them and help others on their Lean Journeys. Each one is manufactured at our premises in Norfolk.
