If you regularly work with Vinyl Wrap or Window Tint, you'll know how hard storing it can be. It's no good leaving it on a surface to get damaged, it needs to be easy to access when you need it. Our Mobile Vinyl Wrap & Window Tint Trolley can help to solve this issue.
Our trolley allows you to store up to 15 rolls of Window Tint or Vinyl at any one time. It can easily hold any vinyl rolls up to a maximum width of 600mm. Our unique design includes a Bearing Roller located at the top of the rack. This allows the user to simply place the material at the top of the rack and then unroll or feed the material directly into your machinery.
The vinyl wrap trolley is delivered flat pack and is very simple to assemble. It comes in 6 parts in total. There are 2 side panels which attach to the base, the top tray can then be attached to the side panels. The whole unit is strengthened by attaching the two cross beams. There are 4 castor wheels provided which can be attached to the base of the unit to allow for full mobility. Once assembled, you can place the 15 poles through your rolls of vinyl, and begin placing them on the trolley.
The vinyl wrap trolley is made from heavy-duty Galvanised steel. this provides superior strength and durability. It also ensures rust-resistance, meaning your trolley will remain rust-free for its lifetime. The castor wheels provided allow for simple 360° motion and full movability.
This product has been designed in the United Kingdom. Each one is manufactured at our premises in Norfolk.
