This Nukeson Dust Filter & Part Cleaning Maintenance Trolley is a fantastic choice for giving a deep clean to items such as dust filters and panels when working in a factory or industrial setting. It is delivered flat-packed and is simple to assemble, with optional wheels for allowing it to be used as a worktable or a trolley.

On the top panel, there is an angled surface which allows you to place your items at a comfortable and ergonomic angle for working, with a small shelf to keep the item in place without slipping down. Once the item is in place, you can dust, hoover or scrape the item clean using whatever tools you have available. In the photos, we have used the item for cleaning dust filter panels, and have used an industrial vacuum cleaner which is stored on the lower shelf.

The Cleaning Area Panel on the trolley, above the worktable, is fully welded and designed to keep dust from flying away from area, with a 105mm lip around the edges of the panel to capture dust and debris. The small shelf extends to 20mm from the panel, allowing you to slot flat items on here easily, and give them the deep clean they require.

You can stack tools or products on the table top or lower shelf, and then use some Nukeson Tool Wall Attachments on the side of the tabletop to store some tools and supplies. The back wall on the trolley can be removed if necessary, but is perfect for holding additional tools and supplies. Move the trolley/workstation to exactly where it is needed in your factory or workshop and continue work.

It is great as a mobile workstation, especially in larger businesses where this can be set up as a single-use work cell in your factory and moved to where it is needed or moved out when not in use.

As it is made from British Steel, the parts cleaning trolley is very durable, and the powdercoated parts as well as the bare Galvanised surfaces are easy to clean up once the main cleaning work is done. It will stand up to heavy use in the busiest of environments.
