is Premium Multi-Purpose Bench from MegaMaxx's PRO range is a great fit for a variety of working environments. It is primarily designed as a mobile workstation, whether that be for assembly, packing or other non-specialist tasks. It is suitable for use in a variety of environments including warehouses, workshops and manufacturing spaces.

The 1m x 550mm packing bench worktop is perfect for a variety of tasks, offering plenty of space for tools, supplies and much more. The back of the desk features a Nukeson Tool Wall panel, allowing you to fully customise the workstation to your exact needs. It is compatible with all Nukeson Tool Wall attachments.

The mobile workstation is super-easy to transport and move around. Each trolley comes with 4 castor wheels at the bottom, one of which features a foot brake. Move the trolley seamlessly between departments and areas and then stick the brake on when it needs to remain stationary.

The multiple tiers of shelving on the packing bench allows for plenty of storage as well as ample room for separating items. Put your shipping bags on one, your tape on another and the packed goods on top in a warehouse. The bottom shelf is for larger items such as box storage or tools. It is a great shelf for placing 600x400mm Euro Shopping Bale Arm Crates and similar sized boxes. The shelf just under the desktop is the perfect height for XL4 boxes. It is perfect for implementing 2-Bin Systems if you follow 2-Second Lean or are a Lean Manufacturer. The side shelf which comes down is great for bulky items or any in-use boxes or packaging materials. There is a narrow top shelf above the back wall which is useful for storing small items.

Made from heavy-duty British Steel, this trolley is designed to last. It is durable and hard-wearing, and able to stand up to the rough and tumble of factory life. Each trolley comes with a durable powder-coated finish. This not only gives it an appealing look, but also adds a hard-wearing outer to the trolley. It is available in 8 standard colours, so a perfect choice if you are looking to colour-coordinate your working area. There is also an option for a custom colour from our choice of over 40 RAL codes.

The shelving unit and the wheels are rated for up to 500kg, meaning you can transport a lot of items without the trolley struggling. The top also serves as a shelf, meaning larger or bulkier items can also be transported using the trolley. It is delivered fully-assembled on a pallet with no flat-pack required.

This product was designed in the UK by the MegaMaxx team. Each one is manufactured at our premises in Norfolk.
