MegaMaxx PRO XL4 Boxes 2-Bin System Trolley Racking Unit (Holds 60 Boxes)
If you are looking for an easy way to implement a 2-Bin System for stock management, this XL4 Box Racking Unit is a great way of achieving it. The rack can hold a total of 60 boxes, meaning 30 different products can be stored as 2-Bin Systems on the product in total. You can control inventory, prevent running out of stock and maintain good levels of items with ease. The rack is specifically designed for XL4 sized boxes.
We use them in our own factory for inventory management and 2-Bin Systems. Once one box has been used, you move onto the next box on that tier, and get the first one refilled and restocked. This racking unit allows for 30 different products to be stocked and managed at any one time. Each stock location goes 2 boxes deep, allowing you to store a secondary reserve bin behind each front bin. The rack in total can hold up to 60 XL4 boxes at any one time. This works well for 2-Bin Systems as the back box is harder to access. You can use a physical barrier on the box to prevent access before the item has been re-stocked or re-ordered. There are 6 rows on the unit, and each one is clearly divided into 5, making each location distinctive.
The Racking Unit is super-easy to transport and move around. Each one comes with 4 castor wheels at the bottom, one of which features a foot brake. Move the trolley seamlessly between departments and areas and then stick the brake on when it needs to remain stationary.
The 2-Bin System shelving unit and the wheels are rated for up to 500kg, meaning you can transport a lot of items without the trolley struggling. The front has a lip to stop the boxes from slipping out, making it safe to use. The shelves are sloped to make accessing and removing products and crates as simple as possible. The shelves consist of folded channels which allow the boxes to move and slide easily, as well as dividers to firmly mark out each stock location. The front bar on each shelf is 35mm in height allowing you to add a decent-sized label for stock management.
Made from heavy-duty British Steel, this 2-Bin System shelving unit is designed to last. It is durable and hard-wearing, and able to stand up to the rough and tumble of factory life. Each trolley comes with a durable powder-coated finish. This not only gives it an appealing look, but also adds a hard-wearing outer to the trolley. It is available in 8 colours or a bare galvanised steel option, so a perfect choice if you are looking to colour-coordinate your working area. You can also select our custom colour option for full control of your racking's appearance.
