MegaMaxx PRO XL4 Boxes Shelving Rack Unit (Holds 48 Boxes)

If you are looking to store XL4 boxes, this XL4 Box Rack Unit is a great way of achieving it. The rack can hold a total of 48 boxes, with 11 inner shelves and one top shelf providing room for 4 boxes each. Great for handling small pieces of inventory and products, it allows you to build inventory systems easily.

We use them in our own factory for inventory management for some of our smaller products and components, as well as for 2-Bin System stock control. The rack in total can hold up to 48 XL4 boxes at any one time. This works well for storage of any smaller components, items or products. You can even use it for 2-Bin Systems if you are following kanbans or lean methodologies. You can use a physical barrier on the box to prevent access before the item has been re-stocked or re-ordered. There are 11 inner shelves as well as storage space at the top of the unit, with each shelf comfortably holding 4 XL4 boxes side-by-side.

The XL4 Box Rack is delivered fully assembled and riveted together. It will be sent on a pallet for peace of mind, and once delivered it can be placed in-situ and start to be used immediately. The front bar on each shelf is 40mm in height allowing you to add a decent-sized label for stock management. There is a lip at the rear of each shelf do avoid any XL4 boxes falling out the rear of the unit. At the back of the unit, there is a cross-brace riveted in place for additional strength when dealing with heavy loads.

Made from heavy-duty British Steel, this 2-Bin System shelving unit is designed to last. It is durable and hard-wearing, and able to stand up to the rough and tumble of factory life.

This XL4 Box Shelving Rack was designed in the UK by the MegaMaxx team. Each one is manufactured at our premises in Norfolk.
