Put the kanban or physical barrier on top of the final 10 of something for instance, and you'll order more when you have only 10 left.

These products offer a physical barrier to stop you from taking those final items. It sits on top of a second box and keeps the reserve stock protected. If you are a company that uses physical Kanban cards, it has a slot marked out where to keep it! In fact, the card must be removed in order to easily lift the barrier. This is one of the easiest ways of establishing a 2-Bin System.

This particular size is designed specifically for 600mm x 400mm supermarket-style Bale Arm Crates. It is designed to sit on the arms of the Bale Arm Crate when the arms are up. There are small slots in the side channels of the physical barrier which sit perfectly on the arms. The barrier has folds on each side to ensure strength and durability and ensure it doesn't get damaged during use.

Each one is made from durable British steel. This provides some strength to it, especially if heavier items are stacked on it.
